We can't recommend Lula highly enough! She is very nice and personable. Lula Cosby is the best real estate agent in Springfield Ohio. She has helped my family buy and sell four homes. She has a wealth of knowledge about the clark county and surrounding areas. She helped to price our homes according to comparable sells in the area, allowing us to sell fast and for a great price. Lula works hard for her clients. She was always available and had answers to all of our questions. Her moto of "there is only one of me, but I work like a team" is so true. I would highly recommend her.
